IMPORTANT SESSION UPDATES –
*BOX OUT*
Sessions will finish for Christmas on Monday 3rd December 2018, and will resume in 2019 meaning no further Saturday sessions this year. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
*CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS*
Alan’s Monday 12-17 years and Tuesday 5-12 years courses resume for 3 weeks from Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th December 2018 and will finish on Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th December 2018. This will be the last course of the year.
*WEDNESDAY EVENING HIIT*
Wednesday Evening HIIT session from 6:00pm to 7:00pm has changed from a ladies only session to a mixed gender session. Anyone is welcome!
